Younger Members Programme

The IAG Younger Members Programme is an important and well-established IAG initiative.

We are keen to encourage and support professionals at all levels within firms to benefit from the considerable resources available to members of IAG, to take an active role in IAG activities and events and to help shape the future of the organisation.

The benefits to our younger and more junior members are considerable.

Broadening personal experience
IAG is an excellent way to build a network of international contacts, to gain insights into other business and professional cultures, to get involved in cross-border matters, and to meet like-minded professionals in fascinating destinations around the world. Many friendships, business or personal and often combining both aspects, are formed and continued through IAG Global.

IAG as a staff incentive
Attendance at IAG Global meetings, and other IAG initiatives including staff exchanges, can be used to encourage, interest, reward, and help retain valuable staff. In recognition of this, and as an investment in the group’s long-term future, the IAG Younger Members Programme includes two key initiatives that are financially supported by IAG, and which all member firms can take part in:

Staff Exchange Programme
Anyone considered appropriate by their firm can be considered for a staff exchange. Exchanges are arranged between members and the process is designed to be simple and flexible. Any IAG financial support will need to be agreed by the Board.

Subsidised attendance at IAG Assemblies
IAG Global subsidises attendance at all meetings, but also provides further financial support for more junior members at selected Assemblies. Details of these events and the subsidies available will be sent to members in advance of these meetings.
