Early Arrivals Golf

9.00am-16.00

Golfers will play the course at Great Northern Golf Club. The outing includes lunch.

Welcome Reception

19.00-22.00

There will be a welcome reception and beer tasting at Anarkist Albani Breweries.

Dress code: smart casual

Friday 5 June, 2026

Business Session

9.00-15.00

Delegates will participate in the business session from 9.00-15.00 at the hotel.  A coffee break and lunch will be provided by the hotel.

Dress code: business smart

Guest Tour

10.00-13.00

Guests will participate in guided tours of the Carl Nielsen Museum, as well as the Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen exhibit.  A lunch will take place after the museum visits.  Please wear good walking shoes for the outing.

17.00-18.00

Next Generation Drinks

Next Generation Drinks will take place in the hotel bar, before heading to dinner.

18.30-23.00

Dinner

Dinner will take place at Restaurant Oluf Bagers Gaard.  With a Late Night Special Interest Group to follow.

Saturday 6 June

Tour of Hans Christian Andersen Museum

9.30-11.30

Delegates and guests will tour the Hans Christian Andersen Museum.

11.30-12.45

Delegates and guests will then enjoy a boat ride down the Odense river to lunch at Skovbakken, which is next to the Odense Zoo.

12.45-14.00

Lunch will take place at Skovbakken restaurant.  Attendees can then either take the boat back to the center of town, or walk.

Dress code: casual, good walking shoes are encouraged.

Gala Dinner

18.30-23.00

The Gala Dinner will take place at Grand’s Fiskerestaurant, with a Late Night Special Interest Group to follow.

Dress code: cocktail – please note we will walk to dinner.
