Early Arrivals: Cu Chi Tunnel Tour

8.00am-2.00pm

Early arrivals can participate in a tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels.

Early Arrivals: Custom Clothing

2.00-5.30pm

Early arrivals can have custom clothing made while in Ho Chi Minh City.

Welcome Reception: Reverie Saigon

6.00pm-8.00pm

The welcome reception will be held at the Reverie Saigon. Weather permitting, the reception will be outdoors near the pool.

The dress code is smart casual.

Friday 13 November, 2026

Business Session at the Reverie Saigon

9.00am-12.30pm

The business session will take place at the Reverie Saigon.

The dress code is business attire.

Guest Tour of Saigon

10.00am-12.00pm

Guests will participate in a guided tour of Saigon while delegates are in the business session.

The dress code is casual.

Lunch at Vietnam House

1.00-3.00pm

Delegates and guests will attend a traditional Vietnamese lunch at Vietnam house.

Delegates may wish to quickly change into casual attire between the business session and lunch.

Next Generation Drinks at LA Garden

5.00-6.00pm

Next Generation delegates and their guests will enjoy drinks at LA Garden, overlooking the Mekong River at Sunset.

Dinner at LA Garden

6.30-11.00pm

Delegates and guests will enjoy dinner at LA Garden, where we will also be treated to traditional Vietnamese music and dance.

The dress code is cocktail attire.

Late Night Special Interest Group

11.00pm-late

Delegates and guests can participate in the Late Night Special Interest group.

Saturday 14 November, 2026

Mekong River Delta Tour

8.30am-4.00pm

Delegates and guests will enjoy a guided tour of the Mekong Delta, with performances and a traditional lunch.

The dress code is casual. We will be outdoors for the majority of the outing. Please dress appropriately and bring sunscreen and sun protection if necessary.

Gala Dinner at Rose Villa

7.00-11.00pm

Delegates and guests will enjoy a black-tie gala dinner at Rose Villa.

The dress code is black tie.

Late Night Special Interest Group

11.00pm-late

Delegates and guests can participate in the Late Night Special Interest group or head back to the hotel.
