IAG held its third and last Assembly of 2017 in New York, kindly hosted by member firm Allegaert Berger & Vogel LLP. The Assembly was very well attended, with 65 delegates, and 35 accompanying guests.
Delegates heard excellent presentations on Cybersecurity from specialist consultant Chris Moschovitis, and on pre-trial tactics in US litigation from ABV partner Partha Chatoraj. They also participated actively in various discussions, including a panel discussion on Professional Firm Management, and discussed several important IAG issues including the future pattern of IAG meetings, a full review of IAG’s Articles of Association, and the budget for 2018.
Three superb social networking evenings, plus expeditions to a college football game and a city walking tour on Saturday, were also part of the programme, with the highlight being Saturday’s dinner at the fabulous North End Grill.
